An entry-level role should mean entry level — not "three years of experience and a degree." This is what we mean, and what we will and won’t allow.
What it means
- Zero to two years of directly relevant full-time experience.
- No prior experience secretly used as a screening requirement.
- Training, mentorship, or a structured ramp.
- Paid work, always.
What we will require
- ·Maximum prior experience accepted
- ·Degree required, preferred, or not required
- ·What the candidate will be taught
- ·Training length and mentorship structure
- ·Thirty-, sixty-, and ninety-day expectations
- ·Starting compensation and compensation after training
- ·Promotion or conversion criteria
- ·Portfolio or work-sample alternatives
