How it works

A relationship marketplace, not a job board.

Candidates and recruiters meet through verified, purposeful introductions. Every connection names whether it's about a current role, anticipated hiring, or future-fit networking. Capacity and search status are confirmed recently — not guessed at. No social posting required to be seen.

For candidates

Walk in with the facts.

  1. 01
    Create a private profile

Your profile is private by default. You opt in before any recruiter can see your candidate summary, and your resume is never linked from it.

  2. 02
Talk to recruiters who have been admitted, not just signed up

You only see recruiters who have cleared platform admission: identity, current professional identity, affiliation, professional contact, recruiter type, and conduct standards.

  3. 03
    Active means active

An opportunity is shown as Verified Active only when the platform has substantiated the role, the recruiter's relationship to the search, the employment relationship, the work-location model, and the compensation. Anticipated and networking relationships exist separately, and you opt in to see them.

  4. 04
Decide who sees your resume, and for how long

Recruiters request access per resume. You approve view-only or download, set an expiration, and revoke at any time. Every access is logged.

For recruiters

Earn the right to be found.

  1. 01
    Apply to be admitted

Sign up creates a private 'Verification Pending' account. You cannot be searched, search candidates, request résumés, contact candidates, or publish opportunities until admission is complete.

  2. 02
    The platform verifies, then admits

Human identity, current professional identity, employer or agency or RPO or independent-business affiliation, professional contact, recruiter type, and acceptance of conduct standards. None of this is for sale.

  3. 03
    Publish opportunities with substantiation

A role can only appear as Verified Active when the platform has substantiated it. Anticipated and networking relationships are legitimate, clearly separated, and never mixed into active-role search results.

  4. 04
    Stay admitted

Reverification is triggered by employer change, a professional email becoming invalid, material profile changes, credible reports, unusual behavior, extended inactivity, or freshness windows on opportunities. Reaching out has structure and limits.

Opportunity statuses

Four public statuses. One private one.

  • Verified Active Role. Substantiated by the platform — current opening, recruiter relationship, employment relationship, location model, and compensation all on file and confirmed within the freshness window.
  • Anticipated Opportunity. A likely future opening. Not active. Shown only when a candidate opts in.
  • Networking or Future Relationship. No current opening. The recruiter is open to a relationship for the future. Shown only when a candidate opts in.
  • Closed. No longer available.
  • Verification Pending (private). Submitted by the recruiter and not yet substantiated. Never appears in candidate-facing search. Administrative status only.
