Controlled beta
OpenLeaf is currently in a controlled beta. We are testing the core verified-role, consent-based intro workflow with a small group of invited users. Expect focused, honest, non-anonymous interactions — not a public marketplace yet.
What is working now
- Candidates can create profiles, upload résumés, browse roles, and request intros
- Recruiters can review intro requests, view shared résumés, accept or decline, and message after acceptance
- Accepted-intro messaging is role-specific — not open DMs
- Notifications are enabled for accepted-intro messages
- Employer dashboards and company profiles are available for admitted employers
Known limitations
- Employer-owned intro messaging is not fully supported yet
- Employer role posting is being manually supported during controlled beta
- Role reconfirmation and freshness may be manually monitored during beta
- Payments are not active during the founding beta
- Visual polish and onboarding copy may continue changing during beta
How to report problems
The fastest way to reach us is the feedback form. It goes directly to the founding team.
If something involves another person on the platform — a message, a role, or a recruiter interaction — you can also file a report from your role area:
Privacy and consent reminder
Résumé access is consent-based and tied to specific intro requests. Messaging is tied to accepted intro requests and is not a general inbox or cold-message system.
